The Bai family's attention to their craft shines on in their latest 2022 iteration of their award winning 包種 Baozhong style. As evidenced by the immaculately clean, delectable delivery and versatility of these leaves, the Bai brothers — under the tutelage of their renowned father — have been taking their family's craft to the next level over the past few years. Nestled between lush slopes just outside of Pinglin 坪林, the family has been growing and producing tea here since 1959. We cannot get enough of this tea!
